anyone can help me for XOOPS module to send sms, ringtones, wallpapers from web to cell phone.

A Module that send ringtones would be excellent, but I dont think one exists at the mo.

I need one to send MP3 ringtones, but in the meantime is there any website allows you to upload them and link to them and allow other people to get them to send them to their mobiles/cellphones?
