i've got a site running and have installed xoops. i'm at a loss, after reading for some hours now, as to how to at least use/view the default template in order to ... can it be done? copy/paste the info i have in my current site into the template(s).

Any ideas? i thought that this was going to be a little bit easier than i have found it to be but the only program that i have access to on my computer, which is running Freespire Linux, is Nvu, and it crashes every time i try to edit text, i was hoping that i could do it directly through XOOPS and my site.

Have a great evening! :)

if i understand you well you already have a static html site.
the wrap module is the best one for you:
http://xoops.peak.ne.jp/
but read the instruction carefully
