PM can't work. javascript problem?

hi, I use XOOPS 2.0.16.
I found either the PM function or the "more" in "Who is online" module can't work at all.
when I clicked the link. It replied nothing. I tested both from IE and Firefox browers. anybody meets this problem before? I'm appreciated any reply. thank you.

Sounds like you have your pop up blocker on.

It's weird. I am sure my pop block is off.
I found more problems with my Xoops2.0.16.
I can't use any function with pop window.
like "Calender" , PM and
url , email , image...etc in Text Edit...

I remember it was all good in the beginning... ><

check if you got <{$xoops_module_header}> in the theme.html file..

Where do I put the <{$xoops_module_header}> into theme.html ?

Thanks!! I added the <{$xoops_module_header}> in the theme.html , then everything is OK now !!
