Am I just missing it.. or is there not a module uninstall? I guess I need to remove CBB. I get an error for any link except the preferences page.

What is the best way to remove a module? Just delete it via FTP and then go delete the db through MySQL?

Hi,

In XOOPS admin -> system admin -> modules in upper part of the screen you will see installed modules and down the one ready to be installed.

Each installed modules there is a column "active" with check boxes checked. Uncheck the box for the module you want to uninstall and submit. Next you will have "uninstall" button for that module in "action" column in addition to "update" and "info" buttons. If you want you may uninstall it. After that you may delete it via FTP.

Or you could even visit the docs site on the top left menu - and look at the XOOPS Operations Guide which will tell you all this.

Thanks Stefan. Much appreciated!

I've been looking through the docs.. there's a lot of info here, so it's easy to miss some. You could give people a break, David.

Thanks again for the help!
