I read in a post by JMorris about this kind of thing where he says

Just checked my theme.html file and the only javascript reference I can file is on lines 20-23 as follow:
<script type="text/javascript">
Can I/should I put this at the end of the file and if so where? Before the closing /body and /html bits?
Is there something wrong with the above code - looks like the xoops_js bit is commented out.
