Question for you? Is there any way to change the email notifications so that it just shows the link to the post and not the link and the text from the post in the thread? did that make sense?

if you talk about "cbb" as forum. you have 2 different notifications in the language/YOUR_LANG/mail_template:
1- global_newpost_notify.tpl
forum_newpost_notify.tpl
thread_newpost_notify.tpl

2- global_newfullpost_notify.tpl

the first one show the link of the new post.
but the second show full text.
