I have a module that will not uninstall --- HELP

ok so I tried to install the magazine module
but but it is showing up as module not found... so I just decided to delete it instead

Well everytime I click to uninstall it, the screen just goes blank and when I refrest the modules are still there.

How can I get rid of them?
