PHP121 IM has got some defects, just look through the following review: http://forum.webintempo.com/topic13.html

They say that there is now template system, but everyone want to have unique IM on the own site. And I've noticed a bug in IE. While I see an invitation window it reloads very often and blinking after each reloading. It's very inconvenient

Thats, why me who went around telling everyone never did the project...yet found something with PM and runs off text files in AJAX time, not refreshing...
