ssl problem , need help !!

ok, site was given an ssl cert for our cart and it seems all the images are tripping an error when the site first comes up. server that installed the cert tells me to implement ssl in xoops, i think ok, sound logical. well i did and it didnt fix the cert ssl error but now i cannot get into the admin area, ask me if this is the first time i have been there and i cannot go any further in to change the ssl options back to no. any help would be greatly appreciated. alot of time in this and im stuck !!!

Maybe you can use phpMyAdmin or other tool to change the value in database ...
Not shure, but it should be in PREFIX_config table, 'use_ssl' value.
..

i found the place to change it, but i dont know what to change it to.

conf_name varchar(25) use_ssl

forgive me but MySQL and everything in here makes no sense to me, i have never been into a database before

to me and its just a guess i delete the value and save but ??

sorry man just not proficient in this area at all

i played with the variables and it didnt seem to make any difference , i put everything back.
i must not be in the right place, i also looked all over mainfile.php and others and still cannot find any place to change it back

ok, after a real good lesson in mysql, it is off now, and i checked home page and secure login is no longer there, but still am getting this

evry time wether i hit submit or decline it just goes back to this screen, maybe this is something all together diff just happended to be at this time of the ssl cert being installed

could you clear "cache" folder and try again?
