Ok everyone, I'm new to hosting a site on GoDaddy and can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong. I have the site up on my personal server here at home and can run the site with no problem. BUT... I am trying to get it setup on GoDaddy and I can't for the life of me figure out what step(s) I'm missing. I have the DB setup with a username and password, I have the files placed in the main directory like I'm supposed to, but I cannot for the life of me get the bloody starting page to load. Anyone have a clue what I'm messing up?

I fixed it, godaddy when I registered for hosting didn't specify if it was asp or php on the linux based server. so I had to change that.. but here is another question. How do I upgrade from 2.0.13.2 to 2.0.16. I see 2.0.14 - 2.0.16 but nothing for 13. Do you have any suggestions with this since the instructions are pretty plain.
