Will Xoops work for what I need?

Hello!

I'm a web site designer, and what I'd like to be able to set up a really easy to use cms for my clients. I would do all of the HTML work, and basically I just want them to be able to log in and add pages. They would need a simple way to upload images, change fonts (bold, underline, etc.), and press save! I don't want them to have to worry about any advanced stuff. Can XOOPS go that basic?
