Where would you need to add, to get multipages for smiles?

We have so many Smiles in my site the page takes to long to load, so if we could make multi-page smiles book that would fix it....
So what code would you have to add and where to have multi-pages for the smiles...with a page selection?

Anyone had to this already or knows how with ease?
