- create a new folder in your XOOPS rootdir (e.g. temp)
- move one module folder after another to that folder (starting with the latest module you added)
- test after each move if the modules show up again in the list to find the one which might be causing it
- then move them back

Otherwise:
- which modules are in your modules folder?
- i have not seen this happen with the smart framework before but with the one used for cbb for example (use search)

I have the exact same problem. I have unistalled and reinstalled XOOPS like 4 times. Uninstalled resinstalled the modules. I have several different people giving me the same solutions, but nothing is showing up but default system,Pm, and extended profiles any way ya slice it.

So here is a screenshot of my ftp module directory, if it helps anyone solve this problem.
