Download Module Truble!

I have truble with my download modules!..

When i want to go innto a categori i get Sorry, you dont have the permission to acces this area!!

And i am the webmaster ????

What is the prublem *??

See the download module here on my side :

What is wrong?`?

Ok to begin basic things.....one url's should not really contain spaces or strange characters like .......

/xoops-2.0.16/htdocs/

Both of these are not needed folders and could easily be placed in the root, so the site loads with url alone...edit mainfile..move files…

Next...for admin not to be allowed access. is very strange...can you not set group permissions to have admin with access...?

Have you changed any of the default settings of groups to change the numbers of permission entries....

Considering how many errors you are reporting, it is almost a different system to the rest of us...or else your original setting were wrong somewhere...

I am sorry, i love the sytem more an any thing else

Can i delete this maps ? /xoops-2.0.16/htdocs

and upload everything from the map htdocs innto my system ?

Yes, something is strange here, i have only change the groups permission to the annonym people..

hmm... in the groups of webmaster it says that i have acces to everything

With the Folder change you don't need to re-upload...easier is move the files to root...edit the mainfile.php to point to it...and that will then work...

While you are in mainfile where the permission numbers are below where you set the url....see if that has changed order from what it began, just incase...

But i gonna make it :P I have now learn by my self to change the modules link in a manu! :P

Really that shouldn't have been changed, yet mydownloads is a simple module...and as soon as permission is set in groups should be ok....

So can't tell you why, unless your permission are messed up somewhere, why was just checking that; which is right...yet as say shouldn't have been changed to begin....mmmm

As a guest I can view catergories...maybe somewhere you have made guests...admin?
