Ok the continuing story of a man and a cup of tea pushing the boundry...well not really!
Ok my next trial is installing news 1.5 into my XOOPS 2.016
Below i get..does it ring a bell with anyone?


Parse error: parse error, unexpected '=', expecting ')' in /home/content/b/r/i/britmovie/html/brit/htdocs/modules/news/class/class.newsstory.php on line 1121

Yep - or failing that then "Search is your friend"; it has been discussed at length and fixes posted (they are really simple to do!). Best place to look is in the "Comments" under the news item on the homepage of this site.

Hope this helps. Going for my own cup of tea now
