I've been trying to add a RS feed for my XOOPS site on My Yahoo!. The RSS links are from my forum (CBB 3.04), calendar (eXtCal), etc and none work in Yahoo, yet seem to be valid RSS "feeds."

Yahoo! claims the feeds arent a valid "file."

Anyone have success adding RSS XOOPS feeds to My Yahoo?

Hi, thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately, it appears that Yahoo360 may be different than My Yahoo. My Yahoo cant process the urls from some XOOPS modules (e.g. http://DOMAIN/modules/newbb/rss.php?c=0).

i think the best thing to do is actually create your own RSS feed in XML format and use Feedburner.com to share it.

Thats what I do.

It means that I can put in only relevant articles and forum posts that people accross other websites and RSS readers may be interested in. And Feedburner works on most if not all RSS Readers.

But you could point Feedburner to your XOOPS RSS Feed and point Yahoo360 to your Feedburner address and see if that works.
