Show Sticky Forums in CBB Blocks?

I noticed that the blocks in CBB 3.04 (e.g. Recent Topics) doesnt put sticky items at the top. Further there doesnt seem to be a block to show sticky items.

Anyone know how to make the Recent Topics block include Stickyed Forums at the top?

I went back and found code in the block to sort on sticky bit, then found it in the block configurations.
