A full description of the issue:

I went to add a custom block to frontside, visible, weight 10, side left. went to white screen. I'm unable to get to login to sign in as admin again, (silly me closed the window!), I've tried going direct to user.php and admin.php, both kick me out. I can get to MySQL via myphpadmin, tried changing to default theme. Am still unable to access login box.

HELP!!!

Did you try going in through phpmyadmin and just deleting the block?

I tried deleting the new block, the new block was not there, I was in _block_instance. Maybe I'm not in the right place.
I was really going to get a good look in the AM, as I'm red-eyed from looking into it now.

Solved it. Seems the problem was (i'm guessing) that the block was corrupted as well as a template file. I'll look into it later, maybe. But for now, new templates and new blocks seem to have solved it. Thanks for the help.
