How to fix unable to move document in DMS 1.87?

Hi

I receive the following error on my XOOPS 2.0.15 site when trying to upload a file after installing DMS 1.87:


Error: Unable to move document. Ensure that the repository is available and that the web server is able to access the repository.
SP:/tmp/phpcYYn1a
DP:http://www.sacotechnology.com.au/Portal/uploads/dms/1/1/1/300001.dat


Does anybody know how to fix this issue?
