who's online with IP for normal users

In the "more" in the Who's online pop-up, I would really like it to display the IP addresses of all the users to all the users - not just to admin.

I take it that this is in the misc.php file under the "online" case in the "type" switch, but the code there is garble to me

Any pointers welcome!
