Hi there. I've activated the debug mode and get som Message:
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: session_set_save_handler() in /srv/www/xoops/include/common.php on line 247" I did'nt find anything in FAQ or this Forum. So I'm staying in the wood

PS Is an compleet new installation of 2.0.15 on a Suse Linux 9.3

Suse Linux 9 does seem to not include the session managing module per default.

This will need to be added/enabled.

Others have had similar problems:

This problem was solved by installing an additional php4 extension module: 'php4-session' - which is described as 'PHP functions for preserving certain data across subsequent accesses'. Under SuSE 9.1 this was not one of the extension modules installed by default when php was installed.
