Hi,

I installed the XOOPS core 2.0.15 forum
and instead of displaying the actual graphical smilies,
it is simply displaying the ascii version liks

How do I troubleshoot this?

Besides the smiley is not transfering smiles,
the forum clock is delayed by 8 hours although
I have set my time at the

Preferences Main »» General Settings
The theme I selected is phpkaox.
I am using Forums Module for Xoops, version 1.

Can someone suggest me a clue what is fishy here?

OOps! I sorted it!

In case there's someone as confused as I am (in future),
just adjust the "Server timezone" and "Default timezone"
(in the Preferences Main »» General Settings)
to 0 GMT, if your server is based in your country =
no need to adjust.
