First: I don't think it was really necesaryy to cross posts
Second: You totaly lost me....first you say XOOPS version 2.0.15 , than you say version 2.2.x , and than again version 2.0.15... which is it anyway ?!

Keep in mind the XOOPS 2.2.x block administration is slight different from all those other XOOPS version as you HAVE TO specify the pages where the future block will apear + visibility value + the groups that will be permited to see the block in question
