HTML code being displayed on some e-mail clients

The problem is that when i run a cron job to send an email, newsletter, it displays the html code on some email clients. On my yahoo and godaddy account it comes out fine but not on Outlook and gmail.

The first line reads:

Content-type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1

Can anyone offer me some guidance?

I think, at least in Outlook, you may need to enable/allow html in the preview pane.
