Staff and user get a PM on new ticket - but not on responses?.

Bump. Can anyone with a similar server config replicate this, particularly the register_globals setting? I don't get any PHP debug messages.

I believe this is "working as designed". There's nothing in the code that sends notifications for responses to tickets.

Hi Dave_L

Well I have a setting in 'Manage Notifications' of:

New Response - Ticket Owner and Submitter

with the option:

User Notification: Notification [On] Notification [Off]

and a notification template called 'Receive notification when a response is created for this ticket.'

It works for new tickets, so I just figured there's a bug.
