Problem After Site Migration

I changed host, so I uploaded all my site files, exported and imported the database. Edited the Mainfile.php to reflect the new database name and location and all I get when I go to the site is a blank page.

No error message, no nothing.

Any ideas on what is wrong?

turn the debug on.

upload all the core once again.

test if it's not a theme problem.
