I using xoops-2.2.3a-Final I want to set unregister users can view title topic but they will read more.. must to register.

Put a new news block on the home page, with permissions set for all to veiw it.

Leave permissions for registered users only.

When your visitor clicks the news button, they will be told they have incorrect permissions to view news.

Perhaps add a block for none-registered users... to tell them to view news (and perhaps other things...?) they need to register.
