Peekay, I've been looking at Multi-Survey, and found it to be able to do almost what I needed... but it's so weird constructed that it will take me longer to hack it then to build a the petition I need from scratch.

It has great promise, but still requires lots of work.

I think validating the email address of people that sign is a good idea. Saying that signatures are validated (prohibiting duplication) would add considerable weight to a petition IMHO.
