Is there a way I can disable the "receive occasional email" feature - at the registration level.

I'm using this site as an email for members of a small group that need the status messages - but some have registered with that set to no.

I can edit each member individually - but that is massively time consuming!

Is there a way to not allow them to change that at registration, or a way I can do this from time to time at a global level?

Anything easier than doing this individually would be a help!
