Using Xoops in a SW development team

I see we have a good modules for bugs, enhancements and such. We need a tad bit more for us to use this in a SW development team. Is there a good CVS or SVN plug in or something similiar?

I like xoopsforge..but we have an internal network that doesn't connect out. Can I downloade the modules for this?

Have you checked out xProject? I tend to use for my own software development and at a few client's sites. It also integrates with SVN by recording all SVN commits from your project's SVN repository.
