Which folder do I copy to the server to install?

I read the instructions and it says:

copy all XOOPS 2 files from the HTML directory to your root web directory

Where is this directory? I have three main folders:

docs, upgrade, htdocs

Thank you for any help.

You need to install the contents of the htdocs folder to your root directory, usually called public_html.
