Hi new in xoops.

i would like to ask how to post your welcome message to the users. that even anonymous can view it?

i wouldl like to put my welcome message in the center top block.

i've tried creating it in block. but wen you are in guest mode. you can't view the welcome message in the block

if you are in guest mode >> all you can see is the login, who's new, who's online.. how to make this block visible even anonymous can view it..?

You need to set viewing Permission to the groups for each item you wish them to see.

By default anything you add is viewable by the Registered users, to have it viewable to Anonymous users go to Admin--->Groups Choose the Anonymous Group and check the boxes of items you want them to see.
