Is it possible to edit the notification email template, so as the username of the person who posted the message, be included.

I have tried tried various combinations, but cannot get the username to show.

I tried that one, but "{POST_AUTHOR}" was displayed in the email and not the authors name.

Any other ideas ?

Hi Steakman.

I don't believe the notification handler exports the field you are looking for.

You'll have to modify the modules/newbb/include/notification.inc.php script to export your required field.
