I recently Upgraded to 2.0.14. from 2.0.13.
I also moved my site to a new server at the same time.
Ive had to manually reinstall all data in the database.
My file structure for XOOPS modules .is xoops/html/modules
but yet another folder caled modules exist in xoops/modules.. so theres two copies of XOOPS in the XOOPS diretory.. xoops/allxoopsfileshere . I s that normal?
about 3-5 times a week when I access my site i get the theres a probelem with the database please see XOOPS trouble shooting page. but it simply dissapears on its own..
Not sure if my hosting company is having tech difficulties or wut

In the first mainfile.php it just has this for code
/**
* XOOPS is not installed, redirect to the installer
**/

// XOOPS is not installed yet.
if(! defined('XOOPS_INSTALL')){
header('Location: install/index.php');
}
?>
in the second mainfile.php it has nothing at all just blank page.
