I have XOOPS 2.0.14, and it all worked well, till yesterday, the new modules that are availabe for installation won't show, I mean it show the mods that are already installed, and I can uninstall them if I want, but the scrolling bar stops after them, and won't show the mods that are ready to be install on the bottom.
I had no such problem till yesterday, the last mod I installed was Liaise, so I thought maybe it caused it, and uninstalled it, but the mods still won't show.
What could cause it and how can I fix it?

Relieved to see that I'm not the only one.
I'm a newbie to XOOPS and thought that I was doing something wrong.
I installed XOOPS 2.0.14 on PHP5, Apache 1.3, MySQL 4.1 and it's working. I can login and get to the System module. Then I downloaded several modules, unzipped them and copied their root folders into the /modules folder. However, when I login and go to the modules managment I don't see the uploaded modules. The modules that I uploaded are magazine and SmartSection.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't believe Magazine will work on 2.0.14

I would recommend removing this for now, as it may have caused your problem.

The modules actualy worked, and all was fine, till some point that new mods stoped showing, and then even when I uninstalled some of the mods to try and install again, they didn't show too. only very few of them showed.

Thank you very much. Removing Magazine root folder from the modules folder solved the problem.
Onward to the full XOOPS glory.
