how can show different blocks in diffrent category of a same module?

i want to show blocks in a module for example "smartsection".

but i want to show different blocks in each category.

is it possible?
how can i do it?

in some modules like wordbook i see in xoops2.2 it shows blocks in the categories. how can i do something similar?

You'll have to hack the code to make the blocks displayed based on condition.

in xoops2.2 you can show blocks in for example archive.php and submit.php in news module.
even i see in some modules ( like wordbook i think?) you can show blocks also in different categories.
but there is no content managment module that can do this
