I'm trying to allow all registrated users to add, edit and delete events in piCal.

However this functionality is linked to administration of the module, and thus also allows all users access to the admin page (where they can only see piCal).

As all the editing can be administred from outside the admin page, I would very much like to seperate the two.

Did any of you allready find a solusion for this?
Best regards,

You are right, Dave, it would definitely be a better place to ask the question.
However it seems the site is broken, as every time I try to register as a new user I get a blank page.

I've just send a PM to GIJOE to inform him about the issue.

Thanks for your help.

In the preferences for PiCal, set Authority of Users to "Specified in Group's permissions", then you will be able to use the Global Permissions of PiCal.

Add/Edit/Delete permissions require approval of someone who can Super Add/Edit/Delete

Thanks skenow,

Actually thats what I tried. It just didn't work the way I planned.
But I just noticed there has been many updates to the piCal module, since the one thats in the Module Repository here on xoops.org. I will update the module, and hope it fixes my problem.
(If not, I'll be back!)
Best regards,
Daigoro
