I'm not sure if this has been asked before, I have searched but didn't see anything like what I'm asking.

If you visit this site you will notice that the registration and log-in are linked with XOOPS and IPB. I couldn't figure out how to do this and am coming here to ask how to do this.

P.S: I just started using XOOPS a few days ago and my website is in the following link.
