xoops ver: 2.1.14
mysql ver: 4.1.20
php ver: 4.4.2

Idownloaded and installed cbb 3.01 from the devlepors site and installed the frameworks folder and overwrited the newbb from the zip to my modules/newbb folder.

when i goto forum to create something i get these MySQL errors

can anyone help?

Try uninstalling the module and deleting it from your mudules folder. Than upload a fresh version to your server and install.
