This is my code.

The player is present, and it takes a while to load. (I assume that the mp3 is loading up) There is no music ever played, or the player never activates. Is it my code that's wrong?

2.0.13.1 is the version of xoops.

Maybe try to just use an embed tag in a custom block.

Something like:
