How to prevent CBB from expanding by long links?

Hi, when users paste a very long link into a CBB post, the page expands. This make pages with long links inside ugly.

How to prevent pages from expanding?

Is there any way to achieve this:

When user directly paste a long link like: http://www.mypages.net/index.php?word_in=%96c%82%E7%82%DE&word_in2=%82%A0%82%A2%82%A4%82%A6%82%A8&word_in3=PVawEWi72JXCKoa0Je

This will be automatically converted to

mypages.net/index.php?word_in=...a0Je

in which the displayed link will not be longer than 50 characters for instance.

Please help!!
