For example, CATADS is not supporting RSS, and I wanna show lastest ads at other sites.

You can try the RSS Plug-in Sample from Brandycoke Productions to add RSS feeds for Catads.

Zyspec was able to create an RSS Feed Plug-in for RMSoft Minishop for me.

I tried RSSFit 1.21 and What's new, they couldn't find Catads, therefore, they can't make feed for it.

Perhaps I didn't make myself clear in the first post.

You can use the RSSFit PLUG-IN to CREATE RSS feeds for Catads using the sample from Brandycoke. You then use the plug-in for RSSFit 1.21 to show the feed link.
