Where do I change the code to get the field "real name" when displaying comments instead of the username?

I faintly remember beeing able to change it in the three tempelate files related to comments. (/modules/system/tempelates/)

Try to change

<{$comment.poster.uname}>

into

<{$comment.poster.name}>

thanks for try helping me... but it doesn't work... It's kinda I have to hack the php file itself to be able to use the real name.. but the comment system in php is a little bit hard to me to understand... if you have any other idea, tell me...
