When I create a new block on my website - the group of "Registered Users" and "Webmasters" automaticallhy get a permission to view this block

But other groups I've created - don't get that permission

How do I set that the other groups I've created will get an automatically permission to view a new I'm creating?!

I don't want to set by myself each time the permissions for the other groups, I just want them to function as registerd users and get the permission automatically just like the registered users!

So how do I do that?
