Where can I find the settings to change the attachment section

Hi

I would like to know where I can find the settings to change the attachment section of CBB 2.32 Basically I'm looking for the area where I can change the directory which attachments are saved to and where I can allow different formats and sizes of attachments

If someone could show we where I can control this in CBB 2.32 that would be great!
