ok guys this is the last one i swear ,

suddenly the signatures in the forum are not working click here to see what i mean

now i defo have html and signatures enabled in each forum but yet siggies aint working the way the should

oh and i've updated the forum module (seeing as how that sorted my other custom block problem) but that's not working

anyone any ideas?

You might try to update the system module, that's where the userdata resides.

Also, although HTML in sigs is an option, I have found it to be problematic. Easiest fix is to use xoops(BB) Code.

I also noticed you are using:
target="_blank"

In your sig. The default behavior for links in sigs ans articles is to load in a new window. Perhaps this redundancy might be the issue? Just a thought.

still having this problem guys , what's actually happening is that the signatures are put in as BB code but the output looks like html

they seem to be coming and going at random have have a look here to see what i mean
