as you can see it´s a grafic development kit.that means the PSD file is included so you can easily change colors and language by yourself with just a few clicks.
you can find a quick howto in the PSD file

Like I mentionned above, I stole a couple images off another forums theme and fixed the original cbb images for transparency.

Wonder how tricky it would be to use existing icons from other (none-commercial) forums?

As per my example, I only renamed the images to the names in CBB. Seeing as the image sizes were not hardcoded in CBB, changing the images is no trouble at all.

I've been perusing another open source forum's theme gallery to find the images I like. Hope noone gets too bent out of shape for a "Reply" image.
