As you can see the user nick is almost invisible :/

i found in my theme style.css something like this
.comUserName{}
and i changed it to .comUserName { color: whie; }
but it doesnt work.
Plz can i help me with make this white?

Because the user name is a link based on your <a> style, you need to make a new link style for the user name. Like this:

.comUserName a { color: white; }

That should do it...
