I've just discovered i've had a (non-xoops) site hacked.
I don't know how they got in, but they uploaded a very nasty backdoor PHP script on to my site in an out-of the way place, and proceeded to upload all these video files. First I knew of it was that my bandwidth was exceeded - by 4gig in one day! The script can't even be saved as a text file on my comp, as Norton recognises it as a virus and deletes it immediately :(

Just a little note to be wary - it can happen to anyone.

Were the videos interesting?

I had one of my servers hacked a while ago - and ended up with a lot of German Futurama & Simpson episodes... plus some films with naughty ladies as well...

Windows based system - which hadn't been set up by the admin (not me!) properly!
