lolz, i installed a new template, and it was complete blank, then i immediately closed it, god im dumb, i went back to my page, i tried to access admin.php, but i couldn't log in, and since my templates is all white i couldn't log in, so i went searching for a way in, looked around my SQL Database and stuff and found nothing, can anyone help me change the template back to default or atleast get me to login and access admin pannel thanks

You were on the right track looking in the database. Look in the (your prefix [perhaps xoops] _config. Look for theme_set, Set it to default (or one you know works, make sure spelled correctly).
